July 1995 to Present. Independent Consultant representing and Consulting High-Tech Technology companies in the electrical power business. Area of specialization is networking commercial companies with the Department of Defense (DOD) and other Federal Agencies, and the Recreational Vehicle Industry concerning diesel and gasoline power opportunities.

November 1994 to July 1995. Director of Marketing, The Gutierrez Group (TGG), Sacramento, California. Responsible for developing new business for TGG, with special emphasis on government contracts regarding power generation equipments and their maintenance practices.

September 1992 to May 1994. Executive Vice President, Galesa Technology Group, Sacramento, California. (Diesel power generation equipment).

September 1992. Retired, Sacramento Air Logistics Center McClellan Air Force Base, California.

August 1990 to September 1992. Program Manager, (Logistics Management Specialist). Responsible for system acquisition and management of the DOD portion of Next Generation Radar Systems (NEXRAD), a one billion dollar program.

July 1988 to August 1990. Deputy Program Manager for logistics for the PCCIE office located at McClellan Air Force Base, California. PCCIE, a $600 million program provides UPS, diesel power generation and other power devices for the DOD, DIA, State Department, IRS, VA, the White House and classified worldwide projects

January 1987 to July 1988. Chief, Tech/Production SPT Section. Responsible for engineering and reliability for all DOD aircraft airborne generators.

May 1985 to January 1987. Chief, Defense Program Section. Responsible for engineering and reliability for defense Meteorological Satellite Programs (DMSP).

July 1982 to May 1985. Program Manager (Logistics Management Specialist). Responsible for system and management of Comfy Sword, a ground-based jamming and deception system for training friendly air crews to operate in a hostile electronic warfare environment. (Russian look-a-like missile system.)

May 1980 to July 1982. Program Manager (Logistics Management Specialist). Russian and Chinese missile systems). Responsible for system acquisition and management of electronic warfare threat simulators and associated power generation equipment in the United States, Europe and the Far East.

Ausust 1977 to May 1980. Program Manager (Logistics Management Specialist). Responsible for system acquisition and management of TRI-TAC family of ground-based tatical digital communications equipment deployed worldwide.

June 1976 to August 1977.  Program Manager (Logistics Management Specialist). Responsible for system acquisition and management of DCA/USAF Automated Technical Control (ATEC) system deployed worldwide.

December 1974 to June 1976. >Technical Data Specialist. Responsible for data acquisition and management for worldwide technical control improvement program (WWTCIP) deployed worldwide.

September 1965 to December 1974. Technical Manual Specialist/Editor. Responsible for acquisition and Management of Communication-Electronic Manuals for all equipment in DOD inventory.

May 1959 to September 1965. Radar Field Engineer (ITT-Gilfillan Corporation, Los Angeles, California). Technical representative to USAF and Canadian Air Force on matters pertaining to ground control approach radar systems in the United States and Canada.

March 1958 to May 1959. Electronic Technician (Chance Vought Company, Dallas, Texas).Technician responsible for missile tracking at Pacific Range, Point Mugu, California.

March 1956 to March 1958.  Radar Mechanic (General Dynamics, Palmdale, California). Performed operational checks and maintenance on F-102 aircraft fire control systems.
