• Some friends of Board Members have not been charged appropriate rates for water.
• Spent over $2 million for corporate yard and office without your approval.
• Two specific board members collect over $1,000 per month attending meetings.
• This year's incumbents expense budget is at least $150,000.
• Hiring practices are designed to discourage minorities and women in maintenance trades.
• No resident of Carmichael water district works for the (Carmichael) Water District. Why?
• $30 million deferred maintenance has accrued due to mismanagement.
